Do you offer free shipping? Yes—we offer free shipping on all orders over $250.00 (before taxes).
Do you offer local pickup? We do. If you’re in the area, you can select free local pickup at checkout. We’ll send you a notification as soon as your order is ready, so you can swing by when it works for you.
How long does it take to process my order? Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
How long will shipping take? Shipping times can vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after they’ve been shipped. While we aim for fast delivery, occasional delays due to weather, holidays, or other factors can happen.
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery or pickup confirmation. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in their original box and packaging.
Can I return my order in-store? Yes, returns are accepted at any of our Chilliwack Location within 14 days.
How do I return a shipped order? Simply repack your item securely, attach the return label, and include your original receipt inside the box before sending it back to us.
Are there special return requirements for footwear? Yes—footwear must be returned in the original shoe box and unworn. If this is not the case, we may not be able to accept the return.
Can I exchange items? Yes, you can do in-store exchanges. Products must have not be worn and have original tags attached.
What items are final sale? Final sale items are underwear, socks and marked down sale items greater than 30% off (final sale items).
